How to Manage Comments
Create a comment
For every analytical document (KPI Dashboard, detail report, ...) it's possible for the user to insert a comment clicking on the annotation icon.
The form "Notes list" is showed, the user writes a comment, chooses Public or Private type then click on "Save" button and click on "OK" button in "status" form.
The user comes back to the kpi dashboard, click on "Refresh document execution" and
highlights the presence of the comment.
The comment is created and

Share a comment
Another user can visualize public comments and add a new comment.The user click on
that highlights the presence of a comment.

The user click on "Insert notes" icon. The form "Notes list" is showed, the user writes a comment, chooses Public or Private type then click on "Save" button and click on "OK" button in "status" form.
Modify a comment
The user click on "Detail" icon from the list. The form "Notes list" is showed, the user udpates a comment, then click on "Save" button. Then click on "OK" button in "status" form.Click on "Back to list" button the list of all user's comments is visualized. The list contains details as follows: Owner, Creation date , Last modification date; Description.

Delete a comment
The form "Notes list" shows the list of owners and comments. The "Delete" icon highlights only the comment belonged to the owner. Click on "Delete" icon the comment is deleted.Export comment
From the list of comments previously inserted the user click on "Export Pdf" or "Export RTF" icon.The export file is created into a directory chooses by the user. The report contains details as follows: Owner; creation date, last modificatin date; description.
